Fulcrum Announces Customer Satisfaction Ratings for the Six Months Ended December, 2014, March, 2015 – Minneapolis, MN –announcement.

Fulcrum Consulting has announced high customer satisfaction ratings from its clients in a recent survey of 92% of its customer base.

Customers gave Fulcrum the top satisfaction marks in four of five categories, including meeting customer expectations, quality of delivery and customer service.  The Fulcrum Customer Satisfaction Index (FCSI) scores used in the survey were based on the number of customers who ranked their experience as “excellent” and “good,” adjusted by the criteria established at the beginning of an engagement.  With an FCSI score of 4.78 out of 5 (5 being the best), Fulcrum earned the highest overall rating from the majority of its customers.
