Internal Positions

Fulcrum’s internal workforce has responsibilities for growing, managing and supporting all activities across our business. Internal staff works in areas such as business development, recruiting and resource management. Fulcrum’s internal staff is the engine that powers the company, enabling us to provide the capabilities and expertise that clients demand to help them become high-performance businesses.

Business Development
Business Development staff consists of sales professionals who lead and manage the selling process of Fulcrum consulting, staffing, product and outsourcing capabilities.
Business Development people need to be excellent communicators and facilitators. We look for creative, outgoing, enthusiastic people with presence who knows how to build and nurture relationships, both internally and externally. This takes experience, working in diverse corporate cultures and at various levels. On top of this, you must be able to develop concise, complete and compelling sales messages, and negotiate through a variety of situations.

Recruiting
Our recruiting organization comprises of a dedicated team of people in Fulcrum offices whose job it is to understand the business needs of the business unit, the specific positions to be filled to meet those needs, and the skills required. As a recruiter, you would work closely with the sales and management team to attract the right. Recruiters also evaluate potential candidates and then manage the selection process.
We look for people with experience in human resources, particularly recruiting and/or HR. You will need to be a natural self-starter with leadership skills and a good head for business.

Resource Management
As part of our Resource Management team, you’ll be helping to develop our people to their full potential. You’re likely to be involved in critical processes, from defining the rewards structure and establishing resource optimization criteria to creating the curriculum that helps people build their skills and continue to learn. You could also help set up feedback mechanisms that guide people on how to improve or develop their skills and keep their profession moving forward, or you could work directly with them to help them find the right engagements where they can make the most of their existing expertise and expand it.
