Fulcrum Announces Customer Satisfaction Ratings through 1Q, 2018

Fulcrum Consulting has announced high customer satisfaction ratings from its clients in a recent survey of 96% of its customer base.

Customers gave Fulcrum the top satisfaction marks in four of five categories, including meeting/exceeding customer expectations, quality of engagement deliverables and service.  The Fulcrum Customer Satisfaction index used in the survey were based on the number of customers who ranked their experience as “excellent” and “good,” adjusted by the criteria established at the beginning of an engagement.  With an index score of 4.75 out of 5 (5 being the best), Fulcrum earned the highest overall vendor rating from the majority of its customers.
